As this year comes to a close, we pause with gratitude.
At Perryfloors, we believe every good and perfect gift comes from above. This year has been one of growth, learning, and provision—not just in business, but in relationships, trust, and purpose.
“Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it.” — Psalm 127:1
Flooring may be what we install, but foundation is what we honor.
Stewardship Over Shortcuts
Throughout the year, we’ve been reminded that stewardship matters. In Scripture, a wise builder doesn’t choose what is quickest or cheapest—he chooses what will last.
That same principle applies to flooring.
Not all flooring is created equal, and not every product belongs in every space. We’ve seen the consequences of thin materials, weak locking systems, and shortcuts taken beneath the surface.
Over time, they fail—not because the homeowner did something wrong, but because the foundation wasn’t right.
We believe in doing things the right way, even when it costs more upfront, because integrity always pays dividends in the long run.
The Right Flooring in the Right Place
This year, we spent a lot of time helping customers understand that placement matters.
Upstairs floors require forgiveness, sound control, and stability.
Downstairs floors must withstand weight, traffic, and moisture.
Rigid products like SPC vinyl can be strong, but without proper preparation, they can create problems. Thicker, more forgiving options—such as WPC vinyl or high-quality laminate—often perform better where flexibility and quietness are needed.
Scripture teaches discernment:
“The wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable.” — James 3:17
Wisdom in flooring brings peace in the home.
What’s Beneath the Surface Matters
One of the clearest lessons we share—both in faith and in flooring—is this:
What you don’t see matters most.
With carpet, padding is the foundation. A good pad protects the carpet, supports the body, and extends the life of the floor. Without it, even the best carpet will fail early.
It’s no different in life.
“A wise man built his house on the rock.” — Matthew 7:24
Strong foundations—spiritually and physically—carry the weight of everyday life.
Beauty with Purpose
We also spent time educating homeowners on countertops and surfaces, because beauty without purpose doesn’t last.
Quartz, granite, marble, and quartzite all carry different strengths and responsibilities. Each has its place, just like each calling does.
We believe God cares about function as much as form, and when the two work together, the result is peace—not stress.
Serving with Honesty and Transparency
This year, we continued expanding options for DIY customers and contractors who prefer to purchase product directly. Whether a customer chooses full installation or product-only, our commitment remains the same:
Honest guidance
Clear expectations
Respect for your investment
“Let your ‘Yes’ be yes.” — Matthew 5:37
We believe trust is built through clarity, not pressure.
Gratitude for Every Door Opened
We recognize that every opportunity, every project, and every relationship is a gift from God.
We are thankful for:
Families who trusted us with their homes
Contractors who partnered with us
Employees who worked faithfully
Doors God opened that no man could shut
“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3
Moving Forward into the New Year
As we step into the coming year, our mission remains unchanged:
To serve with excellence.
To build on truth.
To honor God in our work.
Whether you’re planning a new project or simply gathering information, we’re here to help—without pressure, and with wisdom.
From our family at Perryfloors to yours, thank you for being part of this year’s journey. May your home be filled with peace, stability, and blessing in the year ahead.
